Creator monetization
AionStreamz creator payout rules
Version 2026-05-26-individual-rates. These are the operating rules for ad-funded creator monetization, direct creator support, payout holds, rights review, and invalid traffic enforcement.
Who Can Earn
Creator monetization is available to approved creator accounts in good standing. A video can earn only when it is creator-owned, uploaded as a hosted file on AionStreamz, approved, rights-confirmed, and marked monetized.
YouTube, Reddit, embedded, reposted, deleted, rejected, broken, or non-owned videos can still appear on the site, but they do not earn creator monetization payouts.
Individual Creator Rates
The default revenue source is ads. Each monthly payout period calculates creator earnings from fixed rates for each creator.
Current defaults are $2.00 per 1,000 qualified views, $0.01 per boost, $0.03 per vault,$0.05 per share, and $0.01 per qualified text comment. Emoji-only comments currently earn $0.00. Admin can adjust rates, comment rules, and monthly caps by environment or in the monetization admin before recalculating a period.
Qualified Activity
Qualified views must represent real playback from real viewers. Suspicious sessions, ignored sessions, bot-like activity, fast skips, repeated manipulation, self-engagement, and abnormal engagement spikes can be excluded or held for review.
Paid comments must be tied to a qualified watch, meet the text length minimum of8 characters, and stay within the limit of1 paid comment per viewer per creator per day. Image, GIF, and meme comments are not enabled for payout. Suspicious spikes, open rights claims, abnormal engagement, and unsafe ad status can hold earnings before payout.
Ad Safety
Videos may be marked safe, limited, unreviewed, or unsafe for ads. Unsafe videos are excluded from ad-funded payouts. Limited videos can earn only if admin approves them for the period and accepts the advertiser-fit risk.
Common ad-safety flags include copyright risk, violent or graphic content, explicit sexual content, hate or harassment, scams, misleading claims, sensitive tragedies, impersonation, and low-quality spam.
Rights Ownership
Creators must own or control the rights needed to upload, publish, promote, and monetize each video, including visuals, audio, voice, likenesses, trademarks, datasets, tools, and third-party material.
Open rights claims can pause review, hold earnings, block payout ledger creation, or reverse eligibility until the claim is resolved.
Payout Timing
- Payouts are estimated until the monthly period is approved and finalized.
- New creators default to a 60-day hold after the month closes.
- Creators with at least 2 paid payouts default to a 30-day hold.
- The default payout target is day 15 after the hold clears.
- Approved earnings under $25.00 carry forward for up to 12 months.
- Payouts may be delayed for traffic review, rights review, tax/legal review, Stripe issues, or policy enforcement.
Direct Support And Refunds
Viewer support, profile support, and paid boosts are processed through Stripe Checkout when enabled. Stripe refunds, chargebacks, or disputes can mark the support record and related creator payout as failed or cancelled.
AionStreamz can hold, reduce, reverse, or cancel payouts connected to refunded, disputed, fraudulent, or policy-violating payments.
Proteck'd Coins
Creators may choose Proteck'd Coins instead of cash payouts where available. Coins are issued as Proteckd.com coupon credit with a current 50% bonus over the cash-equivalent amount.
Updates
AionStreamz may update payout math, hold periods, ad-safety standards, advertising rules, and eligibility requirements. If the terms version changes, creators may need to accept the new version before additional payout rows are created.
