Rorschach (Official Music Video) - Aidan Yagu

So here it is. I got tired of going through all my v4 releases to finally one day catch up to the newer stuff I'm writing... So for my birthday (today) I drop this one. My most kept secret, my latest and greatest work. Nothing else I made had more time invested and I tried to push everything i had lyrically, thematically, structurally. If "All Me" was the moment I cracked open your door to a more technical writing style, "Rorschach" is me kickin' everyone in the nuts... I build this as dense as i possibly could while not loosing the meaning of what I'm trying to say. It's about perception, overthinking, digital noise, mental health, and the whole damn mess of trying to say something real in a world trained to skip when doom scrolling. As a new content creator this game can be so incredibly frustrating and this is me telling you "why I think that"! I wrote it on and off ever since i made "All me" beginning of April and I was struggling hard. I mentioned that tech rap was and still is not my strongest suit. It's literally a damn 50.000 piece puzzle I'm trying to solve but i wanted this to be perfect and good things take time. I had various drafts and dead ends.... so I stopped chasing clever. And just let the chaos of my brain take over. My brain turned working on the lyrics and the lyrics themselves from a puzzle into a messed up Rorschach test... And now you might see my anxiety. You might see my ambition. Maybe even your own thoughts staring back at you? Hell, maybe you’ll just see a song. But for me? It's a personal landmark, everything I do from here on will have to measure up to this... My best work so far and yeah, a fitting birthday gift if you all can appreciate it as much as I can. Few word to the visuals: The video was just as intense to make. I think i understand Sora a little bit more now, but i also think Sora must hate me for the shit I've been making it do for the past weeks. The visuals are built to reflect my inner turmoil, the personal struggle, the emotional smog and chaos of my mind. All this to give the song a proper visual identity. We switch perspectives from me having my signature mask on (the me I want you to see, my alter ego Aidan Yagu combining AI and human, separated by that black line), to a blank white mask (the AI alone, a blank canvas waiting for me giving it an identity) to glimpses of facial features (the real me). All of it symbolizing my struggle with authenticity and identity as an AI artist.
