TECHNOIR: A Southern Gothic Cyberpunk Noir
⫷ SLOP REPORT #004 ⫸ TITLE: "Technoir” This is a trailer to a book I've been writing. I've cracked open my skull and poured out the visions. Not random generations this time. Not just experiments. This is digital blood sacrifice. Every frame iterated and designed with obsessive precision. Max Graves has been haunting my neural pathways like a ghost in the machine. Now he walks these rain-soaked streets where silicon souls go to die. ※◉ ALGO-AUTOPSY ◉ ※ 🝊 Midjourney ✚ VEO 3 ✚ ElevenLabs 🝊 23 shots 🝊 87 gens ⟶ 🝊 Total: $87 spent Midjourney: Unlimited iterations (DANGEROUS) VEO 3: 87 generations @ $1.00 each 🜋 MIDJOURNEY MOOD BOARDS= GAME CHANGER: I leveled up Midjourney - made boards, fine-tuned, added back to boards, recursive creativity spiral. That iterative loop is pure creative cocaine. 🜋 Midjourney's unlimited gens are a blessing - can’t imagine how much better things get when Veo 3 is the same. 🜋 I figured out how to control way way more — production design, wardrobe, lighting, set pieces. Poured over every detail. Took me ~400 gens just to get the ‘look’ dialed in. 🜋 VEO 3 cooperated better with detailed scene descriptions vs. vague prompts. "Detective walking" = garbage. "Rain-soaked detective in noir lighting examining crime scene" = magic. 🜋 Voice: I talked into my laptop and ElevenLabs made it come out all Max Graves. Not perfect and it’s my shitty performance, but this idea is interesting…. 🜋 Southern Gothic + Cyberpunk + Noir = very much my shit. Who knew I had daddy issues with both William Faulkner AND Blade Runner? ꧁ ⟡ NEON-SOAKED CONFESSIONS ⟡ ꧂ Max Graves, his neon Savannah, chrome arms and digital ghosts - all of it's been trapped in my head... until now. Perfect? Course not. But this is the closest you'll get to peeking inside my skull short of a bullet hole. To seeing the exact pictures that flicker behind my eyes when I'm trying to create. And that... That's pretty damn exciting. Still an experiment. Still pushing against the boundaries of what these tools can do. But for the first time, the machine isn't just making pretty pictures... It's channeling my actual nightmares. Be human. Make slop. Come find me on insta - I'll share all prompts and techniques: Free. @BrandMcCormick
